Many people have asked if SeniorFit60+ is just for people 60 and over.
The answer is NO! It’s about fitness for Senior Adults. If you are 45 and over, you are at the sunrise of the summer of your life. So if you were born before 1977, you are more than welcome to join us.
But the “60+” is very important for the following reasons.
- You will spend 60 minutes meeting new people. Some will remain your friends for the rest of your life!
- You will spend 60 minutes paying attention to your body, mind and spirit. You will feel a different person for the rest of your life.
- You will spend 60 minutes concentrating on nothing else but your own self. The world does not exist for that time.
- You won’t have 60+ staring people giving you funny looks.
- You won’t have 60+ mirrors on the wall where you can see yourself from all the “not so nice” angles.
- You won’t have 60+ “experts” telling you how you should dress, build strength or relieve stress.
And you could probably find 60 excuses not to become a better version of yourself.
But when you really reach the age of 60+, you would wish that you have read this page 15 years ago!
